XSoft™ is pleased to announce the hiring of our latest employee Mindy Penrose. Mindy, a Level III assessor with nearly 20 years of experience, has been brought on as a consultant providing support to INcama users. Mindy comes to us from Marshall County where she had previously served as an elected Township Assessor and more recently in the County Assessor’s Office as Director of Assessments.
